More than 3000 people attended the Fireworks this year. The atmosphere built up well with children singing along to music, which was provided by community radio station Mearns FM. The display was accompanied with music by popular sparklers including Alexandra Burke, Girls Aloud and Leona Lewis before the display ended with a flurry of white explosions.
All the colours of the rainbow exploded into life above the heads of onlookers, lighting their faces for nearly 20 minutes as several hundred fireworks boomed, screamed and crackled in the sky. And everyone had a (catherine) wheely good time!
Other displays just can't hold a (roman) candle to the Stonehaven and DIstrict Round Table's event.
